Carshalton Athletic Res 2 - 2 Harefield United Res. 26th September 2006

A good result, coming from 2 down to draw. A penalty taken by Dan Barrance and the second by John Conway finished the Hare's scoring.

To add to the draw tally the Reserves drew 1-1 with Corinthian Casuals in a highly competitive suburban league game that had Danny Barrance on the scoresheet.

Eastleigh Res 0 - 1 Harefield United Res

An evenly match game with both sides vying for an opening but neither being able to break down defences. But is was the Hares who made the break through in the last minute to beak the heart of Eastleigh. Dan Barrance scored on 90 and the points were won.

Sutton United Res 1 - 1 Harefield United Res

This got off to a heavy traffic delaying the team and then having to start the game with only 9 players, one of those the Manager, before the numbers were up to 11 by half time. However despite this the Hares were 0-0 at half time and 1-1 at the finish. The goal coming from the boot of Michael Besisira.

 

13th January 2007

The Reserves were losing 3-1 to the Met Police, the only Hares goal coming from a Met Police player. But better luck for the 1st team on Sundays, they beat Hatch End Reserves 9-1 with goals from Paul Collet (3), Colin Ronald (2), Steve Peppiat (2), Josh and Matt Holmes.

A much changed Reservses were well beaten 4-0 by Leighton Town in the Suburban Shield and in midweek .

The Reserves had a hard game against Wealdstone with few chances but it was Michael Besisira scoring from the spot to give Harefield a 1-0 win.

 

10th March 2007

The Reserves played their Middlesex Cup Semi final against Hillingdon Borough but lost 2-1 AET. The only goal was a penalty by Dan Barrance.
